Hi, my name is Catherine Schelander and I am a 3rd Generation Classical Pilates instructor based in Hampstead, London. I offer private Classical Pilates sessions from my home studio, located close to Hampstead High Street.

In a private session, you will have a 100% bespoke workout based on the goals you want to achieve as well as what your body needs on the day.  You can also dive deeper into the method and fast-track your progress. I enjoy sharing the joys and benefits of Pilates with all kinds of people, from total beginners to advanced practitioners - Pilates is truly for every body!
